Description

This book starts with three things you need to know: two are good news, and one is… complicated.
The complicated news is that the rise of AI has brought us to the breaking point of an educational crisis long in the making. But the first silver lining is that AI is finally forcing us to take the plunge and reinvent our pedagogy. The second is that it provides the very tools and intellectual framework we need to meet this challenge head-on.
The time has come to co-create the ideal school: a space to personalize learning pathways, overhaul assessment systems, and redefine certifications. Our mission is to turn schools into « cognitive fitness centers » – empowering Super-Teachers to train the SuperCollaborators that the future economy demands.
Original, nuanced, and profoundly practical, this book is rooted in the collective intelligence of fifty students, teachers, and administrators from INSEEC, the management school of the
OMNES-Education Group. It distills the vision emerged from seven « Cafés du Futur » sessions hosted by the author between December 2024 and June 2025, offering a bold and necessary roadmap for the next era of education.
A must-read for those who, like us, believe that everything starts with education.
